MCLABELS.COM ships worldwide using DHL Express service. Depending on Country’s destination and package weight, the price will change accordingly. MCLABELS.COM do ship one order to one address. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once. We process and send orders during the following service hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm (CET). Orders payed using immediate payment methods will be ready for dispatch within 24/48 h of receiving the payment. For all the other orders, the dispatch will be processed at payment received. MCLABELS.COM accepts the return of any product within 14 working days of receiving of the good. The return is free if handled within 14 days from receipt. Each package is provided with Return Instructions with all the steps to follow.The item will only be accepted if provided with our authenticity card and in the same conditions as verified before leaving our warehouse. Please note that we can only accept returns from the country which the shipment was sent to.
Follow these steps in order to return your package:
1. You need to register an Account on MCLABELS.COM in order to access to your Order History. If you checked out as a Guest you can still create an Account afterwards.
2. Click on Order History and Details
3. Select the order you want to return
4. Select the item you want to return, write the reason you are returning the item and the options of compensation (Change, Refund, Store Credit) and click Make an RMA slip
5. Your request has been sent! You will now receive a confirmation email and you will find attached the Pre Paid Air Will you can use to ship back the item. Automatically also the pick up will be booked for the next day (so the carrier will pick up the package directly form your place)
6. You are ready to ship back the product. Pack your item securely. If you don’t have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper. STICK THE LABEL (using the transparent envelope you found in the package) ON THE BOX. Be sure not to damage the brand original packaging, otherwise RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED NOR REFUNDED. If you need to modify the pick up date you can call DHL (the number to call depends on your country, you can find it on the Return Instructions or on their website) and communicate them the new date.
The shipment is under the full responsibility of the customer until the certificate of receipt is in the warehouse of MCLABELS.COM.
The 3 options of compensation are:
• Size/Color Exchange: depending on availability of stock of the product in the requested size/color.
• Store Credit: you will receive a promo-code of the same amount of your purchase to use at your next Checkout.
• Refund: the amount will be charged back to the customer once the quality check has been accomplished and no later than 10 days. Credit card refund: the transaction will be transferred by our systems within 7 working days of the receiving of the returned item. The time needed for you to display the refund depends on the institute who released the credit card. We suggest to contact directly your Bank Institute. PayPal refund: the amount will be refunded within 2/3 days from the receipt of the good. Bank Wire refund: you are kindly asked to inform us with your bank account details.
